How to Use the Smoker? Open the top of the smoker. Add some fuel to the inside of the smoker. You can use crumpled newspaper, pine needles or other type of fast, burning kindling. Add a small handful of smoker pellets on top of the paper. Light a corner of the paper.
Once the pellets , blow out the flame and close the lid. Start pumping the bellows to get the smoke going. You may repeat the process of adding fuel and pumping the bellows a few more times have a nice . Add the fuel gradually so the fire does not flare up.
How to Safely Put Out a Smoker? Plug up your smoker to prevent oxygen from inside. You can use a wet rag, a wine cork, a handful of wet green grass or a stick (the stick has to be just the right size to plug up the spout).
WARNING: Please remember that you are working with an open flame, so use caution. Keep a nearby in case of emergency. Also, the body of the smoker gets hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.
