Levopront 60 mg, 20 tablets Description

Levopront is an antitussive tablet containing the active ingredient levodropropizine, which relieves dry, irritating cough and has bronchodilator properties. Used symptomatically, it effectively relieves non-productive cough of various origins, including those associated with respiratory infections, whooping cough, and lung cancer.

This product is intended for adults and children weighing over 30 kg. If your condition does not improve or worsens after 7 days of use, consult a doctor.

Levopront is available as white, round tablets for oral use. Each pack contains 10 or 20 tablets in PVC/aluminum blisters.

Levopront is indicated
for the symptomatic treatment of dry (non-productive) cough. It can be used for coughs of various origins, including:

cough associated with upper and lower respiratory tract infections,

cough in the course of whooping cough,

The preparation is intended for adults and children weighing over 30 kg.

Composition
1 tablet contains:

Active substance: Levodropropizin 60 mg,
excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate (type A), magnesium stearate.
Levopront
contains Levodropropizin, an active substance with antitussive and bronchodilator properties. It acts on the cough reflex, relieving persistent, dry cough and reducing its severity regardless of the cause.

Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not use Levopront for longer than 7 days without consulting your doctor.
Adults and children weighing more than 30 kg: 1 tablet (equivalent to 60 mg) 3 times daily.
Levopront should be taken orally, 3 times daily, at least 6 hours apart.
Swallow the tablet whole with water, if necessary.
It is recommended to take the tablet between meals, on an empty stomach.
Do not use in children who cannot swallow tablets.
