A great replacement for my older LG magic remote. It's not possible to buy the exact 2019 remote 'new' for TV's like this that aren't made anymore and purchasing a similar remote from LG directly costs over £60. This is a replacement that does the job just as well. It paired with my telly immediately and both the voice control and 'mouse' feature work perfectly which is brilliant. My dog regularly chews remotes so I wasn't keen to spend a fortune replacing every one. This is a great option and certainly preferable to buying a 2nd hand version. It arrived really speedily indeed so I wasn't without full tv function for long so I'm delighted with my purchase and service. My photo shows that the new remote is the perfect replacement for my chewed original on the right. I'd certainly recommend these remotes and this great seller whole heartedly.
It’s not an original remote which is disappointing as it wasn’t mentioned in the description. Apart from that it’s working fine and no issues on first day of use
Great product works well it replaced the original one that came with the tv at a faction of the price at other outlets.
Product delivered quickly and it works. It was half the price of others. However, the roller/clicker is not as firm/precise as one that came with telly. I can't work out if it is a genuine LG remote or a clever copy - it lacks some of the codes when you open the back. Not clear from site if it is selling genuine parts or copies.
