I was a bit surprised that these tablets arrived in a sachet rather than a pot! They are a little chunky so more difficult to swallow than my usual tablets, but only one is required a day.

I've been buying these for some time, as I saw Magnesium recommended for my heart condition. I realize this is not the best chemical form of magnesium for our bodies to utilise, but the other kind is very expensive.
