The Loft Lip hatch trim is a convenient hatch trim kit for finishing off the loft hatch area.  The kit consists of 4 corner pieces and 4 panels that can be cut to size.

The Loft Lip can be installed in minutes and creates a ventilated surface that effectively stops insulation and loft debris falling into the rooms below.

Designed for Loft Hatches up to 600mm x 750mm but can be easily trimmed down using scissors for smaller hatches.

Each individual panel is scored and punched for quick installation.  Simply staple the panels to Loft Legs and timber elements in and around the loft hatch. 

Kit comprises

2 large side sheets, 750 x 465mm

2 smaller end sheets, 600 x 465mm

4 corner support strips 100 x 463mm

Installation can be quicker with a staple gun but can use a tack gun or simply hand nail.
