I. High-Performance 80MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ Core: Features a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0+ core clocked at to 80MHz and equipped with a Memory Protection Unit (MPU), ensuring efficient computation while enhancing system stability.
II. High-Capacity Memory Configuration: Offers to 128KB of -board Flash memory (with ECC) and 32KB of (with hardware parity check) to meet the storage and execution requirements of complex applications.
III. Dual 12-bit 4Msps High-Speed ADCs: Integrates two 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) with sampling rates to 4Msps and support for simultaneous sampling; -board external buffers enable full utilization of the high-speed ADC performance. Hardware averaging allows for 14-bit effective resolution at 250ksps.
IV. Integrated Analog Signal Chain: Features a variety of -chip analog peripherals, including a 12-bit 1Msps DAC (with output buffer), two zero-drift chopper operational amplifiers (OPAs), three high-speed comparators (COMPs with 8-bit reference DACs), and a general-purpose amplifier (GPAMP), supporting programmable analog interconnects.
V. Rich -Board Features and Sensors: The development board includes a light sensor, an analog temperature sensor, an RGB LED (with PWM control), and three independent buttons. It also features an -board XDS110 debug probe supporting programming, debugging, and EnergyTrace power measurement, eliminating the need for an external debugger.
