First off it is heavier that your average lunch box so if your child is carrying their bag for any length of time then keep that in mind but really I can't fault it. It's strong and sturdy yet easy for my daughter to open and close. The integrated fork and spoon are a nice additon and again easy for little hands to take in and out. The compartments are also surprisingly deep and if course it is bright and colourful too.
We haven't used it yet as she hasn't started school but judging my how tightly it closes I can't see any issues with leaking :)
