Dried ferrous sulfate 205 mg (equivalent to 325 mg liquid ferrous sulfate which provides 65 mg elemental iron per tablet.

Cellulose (plant origin), sorbitol, crospovidone, croscarmellose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, cellulose coating, calcium carbonate, isomalt, triglycerides. 

No gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, artificial flavor, preservatives.

For adults, take one (1) coated tablet daily, preferably with a meal and drink plenty of fluids.
