The ordering and delivery process were smooth and quick. No issues there. Product arrived in good condition too. I'm just a little disappointed at the quality of the mount. It states that it's suitable for TV's 42-65-inches. But with a 65-inch TV it just feels too vulnerable. I can see the metal flexing with the weight of the Unit and it's a super thin display, so definitely not the heaviest 65-inch TV out there.
