Good product and easy to use this was brought as a exact replacement for my order machine.. arrived on time but packaging box was very damaged.
I use this coffee machine throughout the day every day and it’s produces an excellent cup of coffee - of course this depends on the quality of the coffee pods! This is my second purchase of this excellent machine.
Really easy to setup and use. Some of the smaller machines are too small to fit a mug underneath without having to remove the drip tray. However this machine, while still compact, is large enough to fit a good-sized mug underneath and then walk away and leave it to do its thing : )
