I’ve never had a good night’s sleep for years and didn’t want any prescription meds to assist me either. I found this product, with its homeopathic ingredients, to be the best alternative for me. It doesn’t work for me every single night, but it does give me a good balance. Definitely encourages my mind and body to relax at bedtime. However, self-help is also to be encouraged, don’t be watching silly movies or searching the internet late at night!! I think that a combination of the two is the way forward. I’ve been using this product for several months now and my sleep patterns are more level. No groggy head in the morning either!!! I’ll keep on using it for sure.
I was very happy with the price of those and also the delivery. Very good overall.
