1. NAME OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT
OAK Bark, 1 g / g, brewing herbs
2. QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
100 g of the product contains 100 g of Quercus robur L., Quercus petraea (Matt.) Liebl., Quercus pubescens
Willd., Cortex (oak bark).

4. CLINICAL PARTICULARS
4.1 Therapeutic indications
Traditional herbal medicinal product for use in the following indications
exclusively from its long-term use.
The medicinal product is indicated for use in adults.
Traditional herbal medicinal product used in:
- symptomatic treatment of mild diarrhea;
- treatment of mild inflammation of the oral mucosa or skin;
- relieving the symptoms of itching and burning associated with haemorrhoidal disease, after
the doctor's exclusion of other serious diseases.
4.2 Posology and method of administration
Dosage
Adults and elderly patients
Oral administration: 1 tablespoon (approx. 3 g) of oak bark pour 1 glass of cold water (250 ml), bring to the
boil, cook covered for about 5 minutes, set aside for about 15 minutes and strain.
Drink the prepared decoction three times a day.
For use on the oral mucosa: 2 flat tablespoons (approx. 5 g) of oak bark pour 1 cup of cold water
(250 ml), bring to a boil, cook, covered, for approx. 5 minutes, set aside for approx. 15
minutes and strain. Use the prepared decoction to rinse the mouth several times a day
and throat.
Application on the skin: 2 flat tablespoons (approx. 5 g) of oak bark pour 1 liter of cold water, bring to a
boil, cook covered for about 5 minutes, set aside for about 15 minutes and strain.
Add the prepared decoction to the bath once a day (bath length 20 minutes).
Apply topically several times a day to wash the skin and compresses.
Always use freshly prepared decoction.
The use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended (see Special section 4.4)
warnings and precautions for use).
Application time
Oral use: do not use for more than 3 days.

If symptoms persist during the use of the medicinal product, please consult
with your doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
4.4 Special warnings and precautions for use
Children and youth
It is not recommended to use the product in children and adolescents under 18 years of age due to the lack of
sufficient data.
If you experience recurrent diarrhea or bloody stools while treating mild diarrhea, please
consult a physician or other qualified health care practitioner.
The hot therapeutic bath should not be used in the case of infectious or running diseases
with fever, in heart failure (NYHA class III and IV) and hypertension.
If rectal bleeding occurs during treatment of the symptoms of haemorrhoidal disease, it is necessary
consult a doctor.
