How to use O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream:
Apply sparingly to dry skin as needed throughout the day, particularly after washing your hands or bathing. Bedtime use is also highly recommended as this is the most effective time for moisturising extremely dry skin. Mild stinging of severely dry skin is normal. However, discontinue use if you experience excessive stinging or if stinging persists.

This cream is quite honestly the best hand cream I've found. I get very dry skin on my hands and especially with extra hand washing, sanitising etc. over the last 18 months they could have been terrible but I use this cream every evening before bed, only a little is needed, and my hands are soft and not at all dry for the whole day. I love this product!
I really like this product and bought extra to overcome hand skin damage due to increased hand washing resulting from Corona virus fears. Only criticism is that it took longer to deliver than my previous purchase. I decided that the increased delivery time was not compensated for by the slight decrease in cost, so I would buy from OnBuy itself rather than take up it's offer from a third party vendor.
My hands have been very dry and cracked because of the constant hand washing and this cream makes such a difference to my skin. It’s the best hand cream I have ever used,

Yeah it's a good product. I bought it because I suffer with type 1 diabetes and as a result my skin on my hands get dry and cracked. This moisturiser keeps it at bay but you have to keep up with the regime or the cracks will reappear.
