I recently suffered a heart attack. As part of my recovery I need to do cardio exercise. I use my step every morning. It’s adjustable height is perfect for varying the intensity, the unit is lightweight but structurally sound and firm to step on and off. Easily stored I’m very happy with my unit and would have no issues recommending it to my family and friends. Great quality and price. Well done.
