The product is fine unfortunately i will have to return the product soon as I have trouble with the fitting etc.so I am now wearing my NHS over the ear.sorry for the delay for my reply as I have not been well I'm 86.years so things are not to good

I think this product is perfect, they are small and neat and I can hear perfectly, each week it will get better with these hearing aids
I bought there for my wife, because her hearing was not to good. they were delivered safely with good instructions about them. after charging my wife tried them and was very pleased with the clearness that they gave. we are very pleased with them.
