They are exactly what I required though I have not actually used them as yet as I only wear hearing aids when I am out in public.

Had a hearing test, said I needed hearing aid for both ears, and quoted me £3000 to £5000. which I could not afford, so I gave these a try, very good and can hear clearly, only downside the instructions are not in English
