Plantain syrup is a natural product that can contribute to the normalization of bronchial secretions and to the decongestion of the respiratory tract.

Method of administration - internal use:

• Children under 1 year old: 2.5 ml (half a teaspoon) of syrup 3 times a day.
• Children between 1 and 7 years old: 5 ml (one teaspoon) of syrup 3 times a day.
• Children between 7 and 15 years old: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of syrup 3-4 times a day.
• Adults and young people over 15 years old: 15 ml (one tablespoon) of syrup 3-4 times a day.
• The syrup is administered as such or diluted in 50 ml of water (a quarter of a glass), 30 minutes before a meal.

Contraindications/Precautions:
Intolerance to any of the components of the product.
People with diabetes should reduce from their daily diet the equivalent of carbohydrates corresponding to the amount of fructose in syrup (5 ml of syrup contains 4.5 grams of fructose).

Warnings:
Shake before use!
The product can be used within a maximum of one month after opening the bottle.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption.
The product is a dietary supplement and should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Siropul de Pătlagină este un produs natural ce poate contribui la normalizarea secreţiilor bronşice şi la decongestionarea tractului respirator.

Mod de administrare -uz intern:

• Copii sub 1 an: câte 2,5 ml (o jumătate de linguriţă) de sirop de 3 ori pe zi.
• Copii între 1 şi 7 ani: câte 5 ml (o linguriţă) de sirop de 3 ori pe zi.
• Copii între 7 şi 15 ani: câte 10 ml (2 linguriţe) de sirop de 3-4 ori pe zi.
• Adulţi şi tineri peste 15 ani: câte 15 ml (o lingură) de sirop de 3-4 ori pe zi.
• Siropul se administrează ca atare sau diluat în 50 ml de apă (un sfert de pahar), cu 30 de minute înaintea mesei.

Contraindicaţii/Precauţii:
Intoleranţă la oricare dintre componentele produsului.
Persoanele cu diabet zaharat trebuie să reducă din alimentaţia zilnică echivalentul de hidraţi de carbon corespunzător cantităţii de fructoză din sirop (5 ml sirop conţin 4,5 grame fructoză).

Atenționări:
A se agita înainte de utilizare!
Produsul poate fi utilizat în maxim o lună de zile de la deschiderea flaconului.
A nu se lăsa la îndemâna şi la vederea copiilor.
A nu se depăşi doza recomandată pentru consumul zilnic.
Produsul este un supliment alimentar și nu trebuie să înlocuiască o dietă variată, echilibrată și un stil de viață sănătos.
