Psyllium is a soluble fiber derived from the seed husks of the Plantago ovata plant, otherwise known as ispaghula. Commonly used as a gentle bulk-forming laxative, psyllium supports healthy digestion and regularity.

Gelatin (capsule), rice flour, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. 

Does not contain: Gluten.

Take one (1) capsule up to twice daily with at least 8 oz. of water, preferably with meals.

This product must be taken with at least 8 oz. of water, as it contains Psyllium Husks. Taking Psyllium Husks without a full glass of liquid may cause choking.
