This lava lamp is great, however the picture is how it looks like when it is not on. When it is working the yellow liquid takes on a orange tinge ,the lava looks a lighter red, but it's a really good buy.When using for the 1st time it only took a hour for the lava to start moving

Fab 2 lava lamps recieved & i thought a very good price & a very quick delivery & will definitely order from again.
This was much cheaper than identical ones elsewhere. It arrived quickly, free postage and well packaged. You need to run it for a few hours two or three times to prime it and get the wax fully melted and moving. Dont be tempted to shake it. Some cold wax had stuck to the top so I used a hairdryer to soften it and it fell to the bottom. Very relaxing to watch, bought for an Xmas gift.

I ordered this lamp as a Christmas present. It turned up but did not as the bulb was broken. The buyer did eventually send me a replacement and in the meantime I bought one. The lamp still did not work. I asked for a refund and was told to wait for the replacement bulb. The lamp still does not work and now the return window has closed. If you want a rubbish wonky lava lamp that does not work, and to be fobbed off when you ask for a refund, please do purchase from this buyer. Otherwise, don't bother
