Reference Series III 50cl 47.5% Description
The third and final 'control' whisky from the initial release of The Reference Series, an exciting education exploration of brilliant whisky. The first three releases are made with the same four whiskies, but in different proportions. Reference Series III is made up of over 50% incredibly well-aged single malt and is balanced with two youthful whiskies. As the Reference Series continues, there will be special releases (III.1, III.2, etc.) that highlight a particular technique or ingredient, like Sherry cask-finishing or addition of peated whisky. This will allow you to refer back to these 'control' releases to see how the techniques and ingredients affect the whisky in your glass.
