  • The Large Diameter Pulley Wheels Alllow for Smooth Operation. The cable system has a 2:1 ratio. Can Be Used For Both High and Low Pulley Exercises. Assembly requires the following spanners: 1x14mm, 2x17mm, 1x19mm.
  • Assembled Dimensions: 251cm (W) x 61cm (D) x 212cm (H). Please note - 2 Man Assembly is advised. Please Note: At least the first two weights per tower need to be selected before use. Not Suitable for Commercial Use.

RIP X 180kg Cable Crossover Machine Description

This cable crossover machine is ideal for those with their own gym set ups at home.

The cable crossover will allow you to exercise and train virtually every muscle group in your body.

The extra wide and tall design of the frame allows you to perform an endless array of high and low pulley exercises.

Large diameter pulley wheels provide maximum cable life and smooth operation.

Comes complete with: 180kg of weight plates - 90kg on either side. 2 x Straight bar attachments 2 x Chrome stirrup handles 2 x Steel chains Triceps rope, Pull up bar.

Frame: 50 mm x 50 mm x 2 mm thick.

I received the Rip x 180kg today, and should of had 10 boxes, delivered and only received 9 boxes, all the fixing and fittings are missing on the delivery note it says 9 of 10 boxes delivered but no mention about the 10th box,

Really happy with this cable crossover. Reasonably priced for a new and works just as desired. Gives such flexibility for exercises while not talking up a massive amount of room. Assembly was a little awkward but mainly due to the instructions
