Brilliant. Only thing missing from my home gym set up. Can do so many variations for back, triceps, biceps and shoulders. You have to be gentle with it because obviously not as sturdy as an actual gym piece but really pleased with it.

This was bought as an upgrade to one I had, it has now given me the ability for a 3 position single arm cable chest fly using the middle cable attachment. Being 6ft 4 it has also given me the extra height needed to get a full range of movement when working my back, it was initially bought as my old one was a 70 kilo weight limit for plates, This one has double the weight limit. Perfect addition to any home gym. I would defiantly recommend for a home gym, perfect for bodybuilding.. Perfect for:
Lat Pulls, Low Rows, 3 position single arm cable fly's, single arm lateral raise, single arm front raise, single arm reverse fly, double or single arm bicep curls triceps extension, triceps pushdowns, cable squats, upright rows, cable shrugs, Face pulls. The list is endless...
