Having received damaged goods was dealt with very quickly and replacement arrived within a couple of days. This site has always been good with communication I've found!
The lamp is really great. You can heat your patio with it in minutes. The glass it is made of is fireproof. I recommend this purchase in these difficult times to heat the room as well as the patio.
Happy with this product, despatched quickly no problem, not used it yet but I'm sure it will look great
