Rustins Quick Dry Chalky Finish Furniture Paint Anthracite 250ml

Designed to revive and give your furniture a new lease of life. Suitable for use on interior work, it contains wax and dries to a velvety flat matt finish. Very little preparation is required to receive the desired look as it can be painted over most previously coated items. If using over a previously coated surface, test a small area for compatibility. Get the shabby chic look by painting your furniture with multiple coats then distressing it by lightly sanding down small areas using fine sandpaper or 0000 Steel Wool. It contains wax and does not finger mark—clean brushes in water.

Size: 250ml

Preparation: The surface must be clean and free from wax and grease. Bare wood must be sanded, smooth and primed before painting. For use on previously painted surfaces, clean and lightly sand to provide a key before painting, Fill all holes and cracks with Rustins Wood Filler.

Application: Stir well before use and apply quickly and evenly with brush or roller. Use brushes with synthetic fibres manufactured for use with water-based products. If necessary the paint can be thinned with up to one part of water to five parts of paint.

Re-Coating Time: Surface dry in 30 minutes. Recoatable after a minimum of 2 hours depending on temperature and humidity.

Coverage: 1 litre covers approximately 13 square metres depending on the condition of the surface to which the paint is applied.

Cleaning: Remove as much paint as possible and return to this container. Brushes should then be cleaned immediately with water. If the brushes become hard, they may be cleaned with Rustins Brush Restorer or Rustins Cellulose Thinners.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place with the lid tightly closed. Protect from frost.
