Adopted PIR Technology, if the lamp placed horizontally, the vertical sensing range is bigger than horizontal sensing range, separately is 120° and 50°, then the sensing angle will be opposite when the lamp put vertically.
Here is the installation tips for your reference:
1. Please put the light vertically on where you always pass left and right, like hallway, bedroom, etc.
2. If you want to install it in wardrobe, you could put it horizontally on the top of the wardrobe.

3 Lighting Modes: AUTO/ON/OFF
AUTO: The light turns on automatically in the dark when a motion is detected and auto turn off for hands-free convenience.
ON: Keep the LED lighting as long time as you want.
OFF: Deactivate the LED light, no movement can be detected in this mode.
USB Rechargeable

Easy Installation

Works extremely well and is very bright. Comes on quickly when motion is sensed.. Great for dark cupboards. Would recommend
There were no instructions but it was easy enough to set up and install. They work perfectly to light up my wardrobe when i open the doors. On auto, they turn off after a few seconds once ive shut the door. Charged quickly. I've only had them up a week so I can't comment on how long the charge will last yet. I'm going to buy another set for my other cupboard

Useful if you don't want to get an electrician in. We've used to light up our cupboard and just have to recharge once in a while
Already had one for porch. Put this on stairs so dog can see at night. Also I don't need to put on house lights when I go downstairs to let her out.
I am very happy with these lights, they are perfect for my dark pantry which has no electricity. They are very easy to fit having magnetic strips meaning that they are easy to remove for charging.
Works as described. Just have to remember to recharge it!
