hilajit is a thick, black-ish brown sticky substance that's made via the gradual decomposition of plants over the course of thousands of years. It typically oozes out high mountain rocks when it's warm. It's especially found in the Himalayans mountains.
Shilajit, known traditionally as "the destroyer of weakness,” this thick adaptogenic, ayurvedic resin contains fulvic acid, humic acid and more than 85 minerals, support the immune system, enhance energy and stamina, revitalize the body.
How to use Shilajit resin properly?
For adults. As a dietary supplement, take 500 mg shilajit resin daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take 250 mg (carefully refer to the measuring spoon) on an empty stomach in the morning take another 250 mg at night before bed for added benefts. Dissolve it in lukewarm water, milk, tea or any other beverages, stir and consume.
Tips: "Circulating" is a traditional way to take shilajit. We suggest to take 4-6 times per week and the optimal duration is 1 to 2 months at a time. After 1 to 2 months' consumption, you should take a two-week break and then resume consumption again. Take shilajit in this circulating way 2-3 times per year.
