I'm happy with this product, they are easy to use and set up and sound is good. They fit well in my ears (I like that they come with different sized buds).

Been using these for almost two years and they do the job well. My only difficulty is how they stay in your ears. You need to select the correct ear piece other wise they dont fit or will slowly fall out your ears, it's happened to me a number of times since I've used them out on a jog or at the gym.
There are probably better models of ear buds for physical activity, but these do the job for casual wear and exercise for me.

I love the sound and the control available but find it difficult to get a perfect fit. Very good value for money taking everything into consideration. Delivered on time with zero complications.

This is 3rd pair of Sony earbuds I’ve bought from this supplier and they’ve arrived in half the time digested so just a couple of days. The earbuds are brilliant and work really well/ you get a fantastic cool looking case to charge them up in which works well. I think Sony earbuds are of high quality
Handily-sized recharging/storage case. Earbuds a good comfortable fit (with choice of fittings). Sound quality excellent and easy touch controls once mastered.
Always wanted these Sony earbuds,really happy with them although just have them sort time great price from ON-BUY and will certainly be checking this company out for great prices and products.

Works as expected, great noise cancelling for size, although treble is a bit sharp at loud volumes and battery life can be short
Very sturdy and well built. I have airpods but can fall out. These fit much more snuggly and have noise cancelling. Great price and delivery from onbuy!
I was nervous buying from onbuy as never used before. Service was excellent arrived ahead of schedule and perfectly packaged. The product was a gift for my son in law who is delighted with the quality and sound.

These headphones have won What Hifi's best in ear headphones for 3 years running, so I was expecting something special. They didn't disappoint! They sound really good! Had some messing about getting the right size 'buds' to fir properly and securely but once I had they were great. The Sony app is really good too! The bass is great and crisp, the mids and highs are bright. If I had to criticise I could nitpickingly say I'd prefer them to be a bit louder, but that really would be nitpicking! My last pair of headphones eere Huawei's Freelace pro and they were slightly louder. On the whole though the Sony's sound better, brighter and the app is very good. You can set them to go into a different mode based on location or activity. For example you can set them to go into full noise cancelling mode when on public transport or to let ambient noise in when you're running and want to be aware of your surroundings. What Hifi wouldn't have awarded them best in class 2019,20 and 21 if they weren't great, those blokes know their onions!
After a long ditering about which earbuds to buy, i finally decided to go with the Sony WF-1000XM3. In good time I did because without delay I could enjoy the fantastic sound of these. Not just that but the app is very friendly to use and nothing related with is in any a chore. Extremely happy with my purchase.
Comfortable and intuitive to use. The sound quality is excellent and the app control is very easy to learn. Highly recommended.
Volume level is very low even when set at maximum, I struggle to hear speech through them. I have visited a number of sites and made a number of adjustments but to no avail, will probably pass these on.
Good sound quality and supplied with a choice of ear domes to ensure a good fit. Easy to charge and sturdy charger case. Ordering process straightforward and item arrived two days before stated delivery date. Well packaged in original sealed box. Very satisfied in all counts.
Just blown away with the ambient sound and noise reduction. Extreamly easy as all settings are on the app. I much prefer this set up. I struggled with my cambridge ear plugs trying to do basic commands. When you click the noise reduction, for example stood by the river with my dogs, river sound gone! Superb
