It was installed by my qualified carpenter and only one side worked. The lock works from the outside but the inside lock does not work.
Very disappointing but as I paid the installer I left it installed rather than returning it. I will stay away from this product in th efuture.

I am happy when I open the box and check what it looks like, as it is exactly what I thought it would be, ie, a simple bathroom door handle/lock, similar to what is currently used on our cloakroom door.
Have not yet installed, but I can feel the quality that would be a lasting one. very good value.

Im happy with this product it’s not a standard with Uk doors but if you have a tools you can do it.
