Discussion: KAL Stress B Mag Glycinate provides B-Complex vitamins with the addition of Magnesium in the preferred Glycinate form. Coenzyme Vitamin B-6 (P-5-P), Vitamin B-12 (Methylcobalamin & Adenosylcobalamin) and Folate (5-MTHF) are recognized as biologically active forms.

Vegetable cellulose capsule, magnesium stearate, rice flour and silica.
