The feeder itself is good, lots of flexible settings and timings and works well with flakes for me. nice big capacity. It is perfectly silent when turning drum, that you would not even know when it's feeding. Have two of this units, one clamped on glass and one glued to a plastic lid. Both attachments work well, just note if you use glue pad , you won't be able to turn it nor remove it easily. Thus one star less for glue pad

I'm happy with the product, the service and I feel it's value for money. Perfect for when I go away for weekend and longer periods.
My last two feeders had paddle wheels that turned under and through a hopper full of food which meant it had to paddle through pellets that have a considerable drag. Eventually they ground to a halt and were never reliable. The design of this one is much better there is very little drag or load placed on the mechanism so I am much more hopeful.
I found it easy to set the timer and easy to install
There are a couple of cons. It is a bit on the small side. The hopper has an upward opening when in use so it needs to be under cover. The battery indicator shows brand new batteries to be half used when they are not.

I am struggling to fit to tank as it has a lid and feeder may be too high to get lid closed. Everything else ok.
