Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate is the coenzyme form of vitamin B6, which fuels metabolism and supports brain function. The Vitamin Shoppe brand P-5-P 50 mg tablets are a convenient, once-daily solution to supplying your body with its daily dose of B6.

Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, aqueous coating (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, dextrin, dextrose, medium chain triglycerides, sodium citrate).

Does not contain: Gluten, sugar, salt, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

Take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
