(Trap) Box Moth Trap and Refill Description
The box tree moth caterpillars feed on leaves which will cause defoliation and dieback. The caterpillars produce a webbing in which to protect themselves. Locating and controlling early is essential as the webbing makes it difficult to control effectively. The Box moth was first reported in UK gardens in 2011 and is a native species to East Asia and loves to eat box plants (Buxus spp.)
This trap should be used between March/April and October.
The refill allows re-use of the trap for a further season.
