More than happy with the product and the fitting was very simple. Good colour variations to suit the room ambiance. A really good enhancement to our lounge.(Better viewing the flames rather than watch the TV).

Delighted with my new fire, lovely how you can change the colour of flames and and lights at the side gives it an extra touch. Delivery was quicker than expected and very easy to put up.
I bought a more expensive fire at first from Screwfix (very noisy) bought this tru flame cheaper and a lot better,just goes to show.

Nice little bit of kit with heat settings that turns itself on if it goes below the set temperature, with I believe 10 different timing settings and also allows you to set time and date which displays in the top right corner of the fire screen. Delivery was very reasonable and arrived in good time.
