Use the Vanguard VEO Active 53 Backpack for your camera equipment, the detachable camera bag is made to accommodate a professional DSLR with grip and 6-7 lenses (up to 400mm f2.8 or 200-600mm zoom), but its programmable inside may be set up to protect a variety of pricey equipment. To enable you to have it open for simple rear access to your entire kit, the top lid of the insert bag is made to fold back and tuck behind the insert bag within the backpack. Alternatively, you can have it closed for more security when access is not required immediately or when you wish to use it as a regular backpack while taking your camera gear out of the house.

There are numerous pockets and compartments on the bag itself. This includes a secure rear pocket for valuables (such as a wallet or passport), two inner pockets for a 16" laptop (compartment is 310x35x370mm), and a 10" tablet, a separate top compartment for personal kit (or more camera kit), a side pocket for a 2 litre hydration pouch, an elasticized side pocket, and expanding pockets on the shoulder harness. Additionally, it has a pocket for your extra lenses (up to 70-200mm) and a separate multipurpose pouch for your cables, batteries, and SD cards. It also has a pouch for your accessories like cables, batteries, and SD cards.

A full-sized tripod can be mounted in the middle of the back using two rear straps, providing the best balance over extended distances. A tripod can also be attached on the side as an alternative.

Additionally, the top compartment has a USB port interface, so you can carry your preferred power bank there and use it to charge your device while you're out and about.

Simply take out the inner camera bag (which will keep your camera equipment safe at home) when using the backpack as your everyday bag, and you're ready to go. Following that, you can continue using the rear access or the top-to-bottom side access.

Because this series is made to transport bulkier kits over longer distances, extra care has been taken to provide optimal comfort. This includes a reinforced aluminium frame that strengthens the back of the backpack and provides more protection for your gear. This is shaped to mirror the upper spine's curvature. A broad air-flow system and padded shoulder and waist cushions are on the back itself. A cushioned waist belt and adjustable chest strap on the shoulder straps help distribute the weight of the bag. When not in use, the waist belt can be taken off or secured around the bag to prevent flapping on shorter journeys.

The VEO Active line is made of durable nylon 840D Cordura that is highly weather and tear resistant, has waterproof zips, and premium herringbone and double reverse stitching to withstand the rigours of the wild. The VEO Active has a rain cover for rainier days.
