Each weight plate is clearly marked, so you know exactly how much you're stacking together on your new dumbbell bar. Those bars are coated with a non-slip grip surface to help ensure safety, and the weight plates themselves are coated in a thick plastic surrounding a precisely weighted cement core.
This versatile approach means you can scale your weights up and down to reflect where your limits are, or which areas you want to work and develop strength in the most. Arriving ready to put together, you'll be building up your muscles in no time - with a dumbbell weight set designed to last you for many more workouts to come.

This versatile dumbbell set is perfect for targeting chest, biceps, arms, triceps and back muscles. It includes four 2.5 kilogram weight plates, four two-kilogram weight plates and two one-kilogram dumbbell bars with spinlock collars - and has a total weight of about 20 kilograms.
This set allows users to variably select the weights they want to lift for different exercises. These weight plates are made of cement covered in robust plastic and they can easily be secured onto the bars with the included spinlock collars. The weight is clearly stamped on each plate for quick and easy identification. The dumbbell bars have non-slip plastic grip.

These dumbbells are great quality and perfect for home workouts especially during lockdown! The 10kg is a good weight for me but you can buy more plates and change it up. I would definitely recommend these!
