Chair was easy to assemble as it arrived part assembled, it is very comfortable if you are desk based all day. I was suffering with back ache all day however since using this chair I am pleased to say it has gone!

Great chair very comfortable.
The lumbar support looks padded on the chair, but is flat on the chair, other then that the chair is exactly as pictured and comfortable, as well as one of the cheapest on the net. Not sure how long the features will last, but a Good buy!
