Whether you're growing formal hedges, topiary or ornamental shrubs, Vitax Buxus Feed provides the essential nutrients for vibrant, healthy plants throughout the year.

Benefits:

• Promotes Healthy, Vibrant Growth: The balanced nutrient mix of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium supports continuous growth, strong roots, and rich green foliage, perfect for maintaining the health and appearance of your box hedges.
• Encourages Dense, Compact Hedges: Buxus is known for its ability to form dense, formal hedges. Regular feeding with Vitax Buxus Feed helps maintain this compact growth habit.
• Improves Plant Resilience: The right nutrients help your plants withstand environmental stress, including extreme weather conditions, pests, and disease.
• Suitable for Both Ground & Container Use: Perfect for all types of Buxus, whether planted in the ground, in garden beds, or in containers and pots. Ideal for topiary, hedging and ornamental planting.
• Easy to Apply: The granules are simple to apply and provide a slow-release supply of nutrients, meaning less frequent applications and consistent, reliable growth.

How to Use:

1. For New Plantings:
Mix 35g of Vitax Buxus Feed per square metre into the soil around the root zone at the time of planting. Water well after planting.
2. For Established Plants:
Sprinkle 35g of feed evenly around the base of the plant, ensuring it is not placed directly on the stems. Gently work into the soil and water thoroughly.
3. For Container Plants:
Apply 10-15g per 5-litre pot and water well to activate the feed.
4. Frequency:
Apply in early spring to kickstart growth and again in late summer to maintain health and promote continued vitality. For container plants, feed every 6-8 weeks during the growing season.
