Non-slip surface

The first chance of using the ramps was when I was when I had to visit my seriously ill mother in hospital, I thought I would be ok alone as I still had the ramps which were admittedly unpacked in the box in my car. I couldn’t use them straight away due to needing to be assembled first, so had to rely on the help of a stranger with my scooter. They feel fairly heavy, especially if you have muscle issues and the scooter needs to be manually pushed up the ramps because the wheels just spin as you try to ‘drive’ it up.. the grips may be facing the opposite way to which you need ?? I tried pushing it up the ramps and was in pain for 3 days after due to the effort it took. I have fibromyalgia amongst other conditions. My hope was these ramps would offer me some independence, but unfortunately it hasn’t worked out for me. I’ll have to sell my car and hope I can buy a car with a lower boot. As long as you have some strength you should be fine, they do fold down as described so do leave plenty of room.
Really solid built ramps will do the job nicely.
