Found the pillow far too soft. But the cover was perfect to replace a old cover on pillow previously bought some years ago from another company .The price was still really good just for the cover .may even buy another one just for a spare cover

Delighted with this - really only needed cover for pillow I already had - thought the price was good and got a shock when pillow and cover came in
It was ok, but I only wanted the cover not the pillow as I have that thought I bought pillow case only
This is Absolutely brilliant, I thought i had just bought the cover as I was going to put it on my old leg pillow but when it arrived and it was the whole pillow with cover I was even more happy. This pillow is even more comfy than the original one that cost me 3 times as much. Thanks im very happy and will use this service again
I’m very happy with product. It’s excellent value for money. The last one I bought from another company was 10times the price but does exactly the same job. So extremely pleased. I thought u was just buying the cushion cover but got the cushion as well.

I ordered what I thought was a pillowcase for my JML pillow- I contacted seller before buying and was advised it would fit.
When product arrived I thought the cheap foam inside was just packing and as it was broken I threw it away. The pillowcase did not fit my pillow as advised.
I contacted seller and they said as I had thrown the foam away, they could not refund. Eventually they agreed I could return the product and they sent a pre paid label but for £4.90, I couldn't be bothered with the fuss. They then agreed to refund me without having to return so a great result and good customer service

Replacement cover , good fit , looks good
I felt a little misled as this description said leg pillowcase /foam pillow sleeping orthopedic sciatica set ( which i interpreted as pillow and pillowcase .( how can a pillowcase be a set ? ) However in the small print it explains pillowcase only which I should have read .Clearer product description is needed.
