Summary
This MR60BHA2 sensor uses 60GHz mmWave technology to provide reliable breathing and heartbeat detection, as well as human presence detection. It features light-level sensing, RGB LEDs for customizable interactions, and support for expanded sensors/actuators, providing a higher level of sensing for more responsive automation
Powered by ESP32 and ESPHome, no code required to integrate with Home Assistant, Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32C6, and pre-installed with ESPHome firmware for seamless plug-and-play integration with Home Assistant. Configure devices in ESPHome and set up Home Assistant in 1-2 minutes without writing code. With this integration, you can customize detection zones and access analytics to efficiently pinpoint target locations from Home Assistant
Ambient light sensing for responsive automation, the mmWave sensor module contains a BH1750 light sensor that provides accurate ambient light detection from 1 to 65,535 lux, with adjustable measurements up to 100,000 lux. Supported by ESPHome and for Arduino IDE, it allows you to collect ambient light readings once a second, making automation more responsive to changes in the environment.
Expand sensing or automation with Grove, we've added an additional Grove connector to the mmWave module for easy expansion with your own Grove sensors and actuators, such as PIRs and relays. There are over 300 compatible Grove modules to choose from!
With XIAO ESP32C6 as the brain, it comes with pre-flashed ESPHome firmware and wireless connectivity via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Zigbee, and Thread. Thanks to the pre-flashed ESPHome firmware, it provides code-free plug-and-play integration with Home Assistant to customize detection zones, making it an ideal solution for medical monitoring, security surveillance, elderly care, home automation, etc
