The York 20kg Cast Iron Dumbbell Spinlock Set comes complete with 2 x 14” chrome dumbbell bars, 4 x premium heavy duty spinlock collars and 12 x cast iron weight plates (4 x 0.5kg, 4 x 1.25kg, 4 x 2.5kg). It is perfect for adding resistance to home workouts for muscle building, strength work, fat loss and general fitness training. Highly versatile, the dumbbells can be used to perform a huge range of exercises to hit the upper and lower body.
It is easy to adjust the weight by adding or removing plates to suit your needs. You can even purchase additional 1” standard weight plates to increase the weight further. The spinlock design and spinlock collars allow for quick, safe plate changes while the central chrome knurling ensures a secure, comfortable grip.
