Product DescriptionProduct Description Yutaka Sushi Rice with the highest quality of medium grains. The Yutaka Sushi Rice makes an delicious accompaniment to all types of oriental dishes. It is excellent medium grain rice with a great flavour. Ideal for steamed Thai rice recipe. Ingredients Short Grain Rice (100%) Directions 1. Put half a bag of rice (250 g) into a bowl and wash with cold water. Repeat 3 or 4 times and then drain rice in a sieve. 2. Add 330 ml of water and the washed rice to a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on. 3. Turn off the heat and leave to stand for 15 - 20 minutes. Do not open the lid! Box Contains Each order comes with Yutaka Sushi Rice x 6
