When purchasing this product I was led to believe it was a easy one fingered operation on receiving the product it was nearly the same as my old one where you have to push both levers in to open the cradle up plus where my old cradle has 2 prongs at the bottom to stop the phone dropping the new one has a single prong lucky i kept my old parts as i managed to sort this problem out. I was expecting a holder that I can used by just pushing one side but no its rubbish I should have bought a ebay product that you use just one finger to open . perhaps better pictures would help
I am not happy with this production because it cannot stick to either my dashboard or windscreen. The suction is not working at all. Actually, thinking of returning it, how can I do this?
Connects to both dashboard and windscreen, holds the phone lovely and still. Good product at a goid price. Beats the magnetic one i was using the pho e kept falling off
There were instructions and I’m a bit of a dinosaur so took a bit of fiddling but once I got to grips with it it’s fantastic totally recommended
I’m not happy with this product the sticker is not holding keep dropping very bad not good at all‼️
It's slightly too small for the phone when the phone's in its case, so I haven't used it.

Very poor quality. It fell aparat in my hands in the 1st use. I had to glue the parts together with glue. After placing my phone in it a few times the whole thing rattles and seems to be falling apart again - the parts I haven't glued together yet !
If you have a lot of time for DIY, patience and a lot of glue then this product is for you !
