1) it is designed to fit against a vertical wall!
2) it only has one degree of movement, 90⁰ vertical from horizontal to vertical.
3) there are no other joints, no other movements possible & if reversed you lose even that one degree of movement!
4) if you mount it as in the photos, nice idea, but how are you going to get sunlight directly to the solar panel on the back of it faces the wall?
5) the only way to get this to work is to mount it at the top of a fence/wall so the panel sticks over the top
6) you may well need to build a mount if you need to change the angle from straight on (very rarely a fence/wall is built N-S OR E-W!)
7) no instructions on length of time, range of sensor, battery type (is not the usual AA etc!) Or the cycle of the on button.
Good, could be better but so far it's up, working, appears to be charging, could be improved but let's see!
