Reviews of (4TB, red) External Hard Drive Portable Shockproof Mobile SSD
All OnBuy Reviews are Verified Reviews
Very useful and easy to use.
Highly recommend
I ordered a 4 Terabyte drive but what arrived claimed to be a 16 Terabyte drive.
The maximum amount of data I have been able to load to the device is 19 Gigabytes.
One review I have seen speaks of dismantling the device only to find it contains a
low capacity SD card with some additional components to give the impression of a
high capacity device.
I think the only way to dismantle the device would mean destroying it.
Onbuys policy seems to be the contract is between the seller and the purchaser and
the purchaser needs to contact the seller for a refund.
Call me a sceptic but I don't think asking some con man in China for a refund is going to work
so I will certainly not be using Onbuy again.
Be warned.
Only complaint is this item came from China and took 2 weeks to arrive even though I was advised delivery within 7 days.
(NOT AS EXPENSIVE AS SAN DISK BUT NOT AS FAST) FOR THE PRICE AND STORAGE ARE VERY GOOD
Haven’t used it yet but hopefully it will perform as described.
Entry into the prize draw is not that important to me Product quality, price and delivery performance are key items rather than paltry rewards.
