I'm happy with the product, it fits well and has excellent sound quality. The product has had some connection issues but are fixed by soft resetting the device.

Bought these Earbuds after reading reviews on sites specialising in electronics. Searched on line retailers and on buy came out with the best price. As I have already used this site for a couple of high end items I had no problem in making the purchase. I want to reassure others that everything I have bought on here has been the genuine item delivered quickly in this case by Royal Mail. As for the Ear buds they are amazing excellent sound reproduction and excellent noise cancellation. By downloading the App. All settings can be adjusted using a Tablet or Mobile phone.
They don't connect. They just simply don't work. See Bluetooth signal and voice says connected but always getting error messages telling me turn off my device. Hardly even heard anything through them . I'm not totally sure they are genuine as didn't work with Bose app and QR code didn't work

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II I bought after lots of research as I wanted the BEST noise cancelling and decent sound. They deliver on all fronts, I have many other high end units and they beat them all hands down.
Upgraded from Bose Quietcomfort 1 to these. A big upgrade as noise cancellation is better, case and ear buds are much smaller than previous generation. The buds on onbuy are significantly cheaper than other websites.
