Flavor Profile: An aromatic chili oil with notes of caraway, cinnamon, and star anise. 

Process: Spices are steeped low and slow in high oleic algae oil for elevated flavor.

Algae oil, mixed tocopherols (vitamin e), Korean chili flake, szechuan peppercorn, red chili flake, caraway seed, bay leaf, star anise, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon. 

Add savory umami to any dish. 

Your shortcut to adding a backdrop of layered spice with a generous squeeze: season, cook, finish. 

Uses: Spice up eggs. Elevate vinaigrettes. Add a kick to stir-fry. Season soups. Drizzle on pizza and more.
