(Graphite) Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 Single SIM | 128GB | 8GB RAM

Originally bought this for it's compact size and the fact that having previously owned Samsung phones thought no more of it as all have stood the test of time and have been reliable.
Purchased a new, unlocked Z Flip4 and spent over £650 from a 3rd party on this site.
Un beknown to me at the time of purchase the Flips and Fold suffer from the common fault of screen splitting or hinge damage. If I had known this at the time I wouldn't have even entertained buying it.
Zero rating for Samsung for NOT addressing this issue and for continuing to bring out further upgraded models.
So, having owning the phone for over a year but still within the warranty the phone developed a fault on the hinge which prevented it opening fully and then the screen split accross the central line causing distortion.
So initially contacted Samsung direct who were initially going to look at the repair however, it soon became apparent that this phone was not a UK Samsung model but an internation one and therefore the warrantly was void which, meant that I was now liable for all repair cost at over £300.00 plus .
So contacted the 3rd party seller on this site who were most unhelpful and refused to help with the repair stating it was out of warrantly even though it was not. When advising them that it was not fit for purpose under the consumer act. was told to contact their company in Hong Kong and promptly offered no more assistance.

The phone is really good delivery was very good we are extremely impressed by everyone involved

lovely phone, would recommend on buy to all my friends and family. Also the telephone was a very reasonable price.

I was worried after paying my money and then realising it was coming from Hong Kong. It arrived a week early in perfect condition £200 less than anybody else! Delighted with product and service.

Love this device, really innovative. Love the design and the phone overall and even the lighter Samsung UI. In general, really happy with my choice

Compact beautiful and familiar. After having a Galaxy A8 for 4 years this new style flip phone is fab. Needed a bigger screen but not a bigger phone as I am partially sighted works great for me.
