Excellent piece of kit well made to be fair - took 2 hrs to put together and instructions are good - low rows feel good and lat pull down spot on and you adjust seat to fit your height - I have 1+2 inch plates which you can use both so happy days

Basic. The weight plate arms don't hold when screwed in as they come off when take the weight plates off but what do you expect for £200. Still does the job.
Instructions were diabolical. The instruction manual isn't much help. Initially I left a 1 star review, but felt the need to change it. I reached out to the customer service team and they responded on the same day, despite it being a weekend. Lisa in particular, was very helpful. We emailed back and forth over the weekend and I eventually managed to assemble it. It's a terrific product for the price, is strong, sturdy and does everything described. I'm so glad I bought it. Thank god for their brilliant customer service team though!!
