Bought for my daughter due to having anxiety problems with walking and running outdoors where we live. Due to her confidence. She goes on it every day when she can. She’s tried all speed options and watches her Netflix while having a jog. So she is happy there is somewhere for her phone.
Simple to put together as it arrives mainly built.
Great speed options, doesn’t take up much room as folds always when not in use and it as a simple display so far no problems. Very happy with treadmill. Happy daughter- happy Mum
This was up in no time at all.
There’s 12 programmes, I’ve tried programme 1 so far ( we’ve had it 3 days) and that wasn’t for me ( not yet anyway!). luckily you can set it to burn calories,time or speed.
It goes to 12kmph, I’ve only got up to 5.
My job doesn’t really involve a lot of walking so this is prefect for me to get my 10,000 steps in a day.
There isn’t a step counter on it, or heart rate monitor,but I have a Fitbit that does the job.
Overall,I’d recommend this, it’s not high end, but is perfect for anyone just starting out and looking for a good treadmill.
